VMC SPECIAL RESOLUTION 

That the election date should be moved to February to properly align with the Membership roster of current paid-up members

This special resolution will be voted upon at our next regular meeting set for November 21^st:

Motion to change Article 5 - Meetings - Section 3

• Current: “The Annual meeting of the Club shall be held on the third Tuesday in January."
• Proposed: “The Annual meeting of the Club shall be held on the third Tuesday in February."
