VMC Cross Country Events - 2008/06/19 12:52
The Executive of the VMC have been putting in a lot of work in the last year or so to gain access to crown and private lands to hold events on , this pursuit is beggining to pay of. Now we need some X/C riders to step up and help out with the layout and organizing of some of our classic events including the famous Terra Nova. These events require no less than a huge effort to pull off succesfully and the long standing commitees are understandably getting a little weary. If you enjoy these type of events, its time to put your hand up and be a part of the future success of these rides. This opportunity is available to all, members or non members, and there is lots of skill and experience that present commitees are more than willing to share as we teach a new generation of riders the in's and out's of this process. So again put up you hand and be counted in on our collective success, with out you the rider nothing would happen. Remember this is your riding future you are helping to make, so get out there have FUN ,meet some new people and ride!
