Proposed changes to our bylaws that will Change our membership status to include a family membership

These changes will be voted on at the November 19, 2024 general meeting held at Barnes Harley-Davidson on Westshore Parkway.

This is the wording for proposed changes to VMC Bylaws as relates to adding Family and Youth membership categories.

Also includes some house-keeping updates to properly reflect VMC’s current processes and procedures.
