From Roger Boothroyd:

A banquet will be held on November 6^th at the Delta Burnaby Hotel to honour all those new inductees from Western Canada.  A list of those inductees is on the press release.

I have attached the letter sent to me, with the ticket form, and press release (all in PDF format) for you to have a look at.

If there are enough members or former members who would like to attend the banquet, please let me know by July 31^st so that we can try and arrange a “block” table reservation under the “VMC team” name.  If I haven’t heard from you by then, I will be making my own arrangements. 

It would be your responsibility to purchase your tickets using the form provided and accommodation would also be your responsibility but we could try to have everyone seated together.  Please indicate on the form that you would like to be seated with the "VMC team". 

Early bird purchase is “ordered and paid for” by September 15^th but to get the best possible seating, reservations should be made as quickly as possible.
